CT Backyard Wedding
Max and Morgan are the type of people who you meet and within 5 minutes you already feel like you’ve known them forever. They are two of the friendliest people I have ever met. From the moment I arrived on the day of their wedding I could feel the love everywhere. The bridesmaids were beaming, the groomsmen were laughing and I knew it was going to be a beautiful day.
When Max and Morgan first told me about their wedding day I immediately knew it was going to be gorgeous. With such a similar aesthetic to myself, I was practically drooling over each and every little detail they told me about. From the impeccable hand written calligraphy to the individual olive oil containers for each guest, Max and Morgan spared no little detail. This backyard wedding was perfect. We took their portraits in the woods at Great Pond Park before heading to their wedding, and I felt like I was back in California for the two hours we were there. This park is stunningggg. If you are ever in the Simsbury area I highly recommend you go check it out! Max + Morgan, thank you for finding this gem of a spot!
I could go on and on about the day but I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. And make sure you scroll all the way down to the bottom for some pretty rad hats that made an appearance on the dance floor!
And a huge thank you to my amazing second shooter, Claire Teator!
